This modern retreat combines the best of urban living with cosy country chic. Accessed from a coded walk way and through the private contained garden, this space is truly unique.  The Red House apartment feels more like a house set out on two floors with two pretty bedrooms upstairs one double, one super king.    Downstairs the space is open plan, light and spacious with double aspect views. Enter through the conservatory into the hand painted wood kitchen with all the modern amenities and a gorgeous sitting room… this space offers different atmospheres and place to relax eat and chill.

The Red House

Step onto the oak floor in the conservatory, kick off your shoes and put that coffee on; sit at the bar, Italian style and get that Italian holiday, feel complete with Italian bar neon ( from Walts home town) and Murano chandelier glinting in the conservatory!

Relax in winter into luxury linen sofas and vintage leather danish chairs, snuggle in front of the hand made oak fireplace and stove complete with cashmere throws…. if you love vintage furniture, original artwork and collectables , you many never want to leave!

A spacious downstairs modern walk in shower room will dust off the days events or sink into the bath (upstairs) and luxury bath gel we have left you to try !  Soft pretty neutrals upstairs with glamorous touches and a palette of terracotta, grey greens and corals bring the outside in and create a relaxing but uplifting interior decor.

Inside

A perfect Cotswolds pretty walled courtyard garden with hit and miss fencing creates an incredibly private space.  Beautifully planted, complete with vines ( no wine yet but grapes have been known!)  and hanging willow tree, it has two sitting areas and a barbecue and pretty views  - you won’t believe the High Street is just beyond.  Nor will you believe that literally two minutes walk and you are  on the Monarch Way with wonderful walks to the Batsford arboretum, or to the excellent cheese shop, not too mention our super wine bar ( a stones throw!)

As you ascend the modern stair case you will find yourself on a super deck complete with comfortable seating and umbrella - perfect for that late night glass of wine or early coffee!
