HONDURAS: This bar is made from a single variety cocoa bean called the Mayan Red, famous for its flavour and crimson colour. These unique beans are fermented and roasted in a special way to optimise the flavour of the cocoa.
Bold and fruity, with a hint of natural sweetness. Notes of juicy ripe plums and blackcurrants complement the rich, rounded flavours of honey and sultanas.
PERU: This bar is made from cocoa beans grown in a unique climate in the foothill of the Andes in the region of Piura in Peru. Grown by some of the most knowledgeable farmers in the world, these beans are renowned for their exquisite flavour.
Smooth, rich and well-rounded. Sharp lemon and juicy cherry flavours are balanced with notes of pine nut and roasted cocoa powder.
